월드미션대학교 간호학과는 “Be your dream! 나를 변화시킨 WMU 간호”라는 슬로건 비젼을 가지고 “기독교 사랑을 바탕으로 변화하는 시대가 요구하는 창조적 인재 양성“이라는 교육목적을 가지고 RN- BSN 과정을 새롭게 시작하였습니다. 이를 위하여 본 학과는 현직 간호사들의 자기발전을 추구하여 환경적 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 시대적 변화를 선도할 수 있는 능력을 배양하며, 과학적 지식과 간호실무 능력을 가진 전문 인력을 배출하도록 노력하겠습니다. 또한 기독교적 인성을 바탕으로 인간 사랑을 실천하고, 리더쉽 능력을 함양하여 한인 지역사회 간호의 질적 수준향상에 앞장 설 수 있는 간호전문인으로서 도약할 수 있는 기회를 제공하겠습니다. 앞으로도 월드미션대학교 간호대학이 추구하는 비전과 교육목적을 바탕으로 모든 학생을 소중히 여기며 시대의 요구에 부응하여 간호교육을 리드하는 인재를 양성하고 간호교육의 발전을 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다.
World Mission University nursing department "Be your dream! "WMU nursing that changed you"I started the RN-BSN course with the vision of and "Educating creative talents required by changing times based on Christian love".
To this end, the department will pursue the self-development of current nurses to cultivate the ability to actively cope with environmental changes, to lead the changes of the times, and to produce professional personnel with scientific knowledge and nursing practice skills. In addition, based on the Christian personality, we will provide the opportunity to become a nursing professional who can lead the improvement of the quality of the Korean community nursing by cultivating leadership ability and practicing human love.
Based on the vision and the educational purpose of World Mission University, we will continue to do our best to develop nursing education and to nurture talented students who will lead the nursing education in response to the demands of the times. Thank you.
